Thinking With AI is a generative AI studio helping enterprise professionals thrive with AI — not just survive it. We run high-impact, high-leverage sessions with senior leaders, teach capability-building (and mindset-shifting) workshops, and build targeted AI tools that solve real business problems.

We’re hiring a builder-operator to develop the internal tools that accelerate how we work and power what we deliver. This isn’t a junior dev role or a product roadmap treadmill. It’s a build-with-the-founders, ship-tomorrow, unlock-leverage kind of role.

You’ll work alongside us (Nish and Matt) to turn our delivery process — from client engagement to prototype — into structured, scalable systems. We already have velocity — your work will add more.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Build internal tools that support how we run client sessions, deliver workshops, and create AI microtools
• Create CLIs, lightweight UIs, or APIs to remix prompts, structure inputs, and generate usable outputs
• Make smart, scrappy decisions that balance current speed with future flexibility

👀 Who You Are

• Your stack includes:
  • Python (FastAPI), Node (Express/Next)
  • Postgres, Supabase, or SQLite
  • Heroku, Render, or Vercel
• You’ve built internal tools inside agencies, studios, consultancies, or small product teams
• You’ve worked directly with founders, operators, or clients in high-context environments
• You’re comfortable with light specs, shifting goals, and fast feedback loops
• You think in terms of leverage, not just code — and you optimize for speed and clarity
